This midi length dress has long sleeves with a cuff at the end that makes them puff a little. The top piece has a wrap over which creates a v-neckline. Around the waist is an elastic hem which causes the skirt to pleat, you can wear the included waistband over this and tie it in different ways. Made in EU!
